How long will my candle take to reach me?

We ship dreams (and packages) within6 to 8 working daysmax. Sometimes sooner. But never fashionably late—we respect your vibe time.
 What if my candle arrives damaged or broken?

Oh no, that’s not okay! If your candle arrives with battle scars, please send us avideo of the unboxing(yes, we love that trend too). Without that video, we can’t help out—so record your #OtiliaUnwrap like the main character you are.
Where are we based?

DUH, IN OUR EVERY CLIENT'S HEART, But if you want to come see us then Otilia Candles is based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India, where we manufacture our candles with precision and care at our factory. Once crafted, they are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Delhi, ensuring efficient distribution and timely delivery.
Do you offer returns?

We don’t do returns unless the product is damaged during shipping (and backed with an unboxing video). Every candle is handcrafted with so much love, we hope it never has to come back. But we’ll make it right if things go wrong, pinky promise.
